The FOGO Airdrop

Jan 15, 2026

The Fogo Airdrop rewards active participants who engaged with the network's earliest phases.

Allocation Methodology

The allocation strategy prioritizes unique users and active participation. It filters out automated activity to ensure ownership stays with genuine contributors.

This distribution grants tokens to approximately 22,300 unique users who engaged with the initial stages of Fogo and its DApps. The average allocation is approximately 6,700 $FOGO per wallet. Tokens are fully unlocked.

Claim Portal

The only valid link to check and claim $FOGO is:

claim.fogo.io

Beware of imposter websites. Assume any other link is a scam.

The claim portal will be live for 90 days. It will close April 15th, 2026.

Anti Sybil Efforts

Industrial farming operations spin up thousands of wallets to mimic activity and extract value. To protect the integrity of the airdrop, strict measures filtered these users out.

Verification involved cross-checking wallet history and connection data to identify coordinated Sybil rings. Behavior analysis blocked accounts interacting faster than physically possible, while cluster analysis identified and removed bot networks.

Note: All Foundation and Core Contributor wallets have been removed from all datasets.

Minimum Threshold A minimum claim of 200 $FOGO was established to avoid distributing dust. Accounts eligible for less than this amount were disqualified. These tokens were returned to the pool and redistributed to eligible wallets.

Breakdown of Eligible Categories

Below is the breakdown of the four eligible categories and the qualification logic for each.

1. Season 1 Flames

Allocation: 59,876,506 $FOGO
# qualified accounts: 6,587
Average: 9,090 $FOGO

This category rewards the supporters who engaged with the wider Fogo ecosystem prior to the live network. Qualifying activities included;

  • Trading on Ambient:

  • Pyth Staking

  • Social Activity

A floor of 200 $FOGO was enforced. Wallets that earned less than this threshold were not included in the final distribution and those rewards redistributed amongst the remaining wallets.

This removed accounts who only participated in Social Activity, as flames were heavily weighted to Trading and Staking.

2. Season 1.5 Flames

Allocation: 57,263,981 $FOGO
# qualified accounts: 13,667 unique wallets
Average: 2,624 $FOGO

Season 1.5 focused on active network testing. Rewards in this category were derived from three specific on-chain activities:

  • Bridging (via Wormhole Portal): Users who moved assets onto Fogo via Wormhole were rewarded. To maintain fairness, a strict cap was placed on how much a single wallet could earn and prioritised organic behavior.

  • Fogo Fishing: Scores were calculated based on gameplay and USDC spending. To protect against bot farms and cheating, accounts playing faster than humanly possible were removed. Additionally, account clusters were identified and removed from this dataset. Both of these actions significantly reduced the number of eligible wallets, allowing unique, organic users to be rewarded more tokens.

  • Valiant: Users who swapped and provided liquidity to Valiant were rewarded for establishing early market depth and testing the network.

A minimum of 200 $FOGO was enforced. Wallets that earned less than this threshold were not included in the final distribution and those rewards redistributed amongst the remaining wallets.

3. The Early Fishers (First 5400)

Allocation: 10,800,000 $FOGO
# qualified accounts: 5,400
Average: 2,000 $FOGO

This specific cohort recognizes the first unique users to test the Fogo network via the ‘Fogo Fishing’ game. To avoid rewarding bots, qualification for this group required passing a strict "Proof of Human" check.

Eligibility was limited to genuine, independent participants verified through a combination of internal integrity and anti-abuse checks.

Additional safeguards were applied to prevent coordinated or concentrated participation.

Qualified users were ordered by participation date, and allocations were made sequentially once all checks were complete.

4. Community (Discord Roles + Lil Fogees)

The Fogo community has been a constant driving force. During this time, members did far more than just "wait for mainnet" - they built the culture.

Contributions included: deep-dive research threads, community-built tools and product feedback. Members hosted spaces, organized IRL events, and provided the critical support that fuels a project during the build phase. This allocation is not just a reward for presence, but for active contribution.

Discord Roles

Allocation: 12,893,128 $FOGO
# qualified accounts: 895
Average reward: 14,390 $FOGO

This allocation targets the community contributors within the Fogo Discord server. Tokens were assigned to users who held specific roles or badges. These rewards acknowledge the regional moderators, technical helpers, and community leaders who managed the community day-to-day.

The specific Discord Roles that were identified

  • Pythenians: First 500 who joined the Fogo server and have the Pythenian role.

  • Ember: Nominated by moderators & community members.

  • Flamecrafter: Nominated by moderators & community members.

  • Gigablazer: Nominated & voted by moderators, community members, and core contributors.

  • Eternal Gigablazer: Hand-selected by core contributors (must be a Gigablazer first).

Lil Fogees NFT

Allocation: 10,338,885 $FOGO
# qualified accounts:1233
Average reward: 8,385 $FOGO

The Lil Fogees NFT collection serves as the core identity layer of the Fogo ecosystem. These NFTs were distributed to users through diverse channels, representing a cross-section of active participants.

Recipient Groups:

  • App Ecosystem: Early Fogo ecosystem partners distributed spots to their active communities.

  • Let's Rally Campaign: The top 30% of participants (~150 users) on the Rally leaderboard earned allocations through consistent engagement.

  • Global Events & Discord: Attendees of IRL events around the world and key Discord members were hand-selected for inclusion.

Allocation Methodology: Rewards for Lil Fogees holders were weighted based on the method of acquisition and the nature of the contribution.

  • Standard Tier: Holders who acquired Lil Fogees via general campaigns or chance-based distributions.

  • Contributor Tier: Higher allocations for deep ecosystem partners, strategic contributors, and core community members who demonstrated high-effort participation.

Note: All Foundation and Core Contributor wallets have been removed from all datasets.
